Sports Injuries
From acute strains to long-standing overuse issues. We assess what’s happening, treat the root cause, and help you stay in the game where possible — instead of just telling you to stop.
CHIROPRACTIC & SPORTS INJURY CARE THAT KEEPS YOU MOVING.
We help people perform at their best through personalized, hands-on chiropractic care. We take time to listen, focus on the root of the problem, and center every visit on what you truly need.
A focused practice for active people. Hands-on care for the injuries that get in the way of doing what you love.
From acute strains to long-standing overuse issues. We assess what’s happening, treat the root cause, and help you stay in the game where possible — instead of just telling you to stop.
One of the most common — and most frustrating — running injuries. We address the soft tissue, the mechanics, and the factors keeping it from resolving.
Rotator cuff issues, impingement, tightness that limits your range of motion. Common in overhead athletes, swimmers, and anyone who works at a desk.
Chronic tightness that stretching alone isn’t fixing. Soft tissue work and targeted exercises address the cause rather than the symptom.
From acute episodes to long-standing stiffness. We focus on restoring movement, understanding the root cause, and helping you keep it from coming back.
If something doesn’t move the way it should — whether you’re a competitive athlete or an active adult — we can assess the whole picture and help you move better.
Whether you’re on the field, the trail, or at HEB with a kid in tow — the ability to move well makes all the difference. Triumph Performance Chiropractic helps active individuals recover from injury, address pain at its source, and continue performing at their best.
Every person moves differently and every injury tells a different story. We take the time to find the root of what’s going on — and build a treatment approach that fits your life, your body, and your goals.
Six things you can count on every time you walk through the door.
One provider, one patient, one full visit. The same hands every time.
Time to listen, time to think, and time to actually do the work properly.
Real chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and targeted movement — every visit.
We work to understand why something hurts — not just where it hurts.
Each visit is shaped by how your body is moving and feeling that day.
You’ll always know what we found, why it matters, and what comes next.
Every visit is one-on-one, unrushed, and focused on what’s happening in your body — in your own private treatment room, not a shared open floor. Triumph Performance Chiropractic is an intentionally small practice because holistic, personalized care for you and your family doesn’t work at scale. No pressure and no standardized, long-term treatment plans.
Five varsity sports in high school. A degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M. A summa cum laude doctorate from Texas Chiropractic College. Dr. Clark has always pursued athletic and academic excellence together — and that combination shapes how he practices. Before most chiropractors see their first real patient, he was already treating Division I football players at Rice University.
Fifteen years later, he and his family are in Wimberley — drawn to the trails, the river, the athletic culture, and a community where people know your name. He still does his best work with people who want to stay active, perform at their peak, and understand what’s actually going on in their body.

Every visit starts with a real conversation. We want to understand not just what hurts, but when it started, what makes it worse, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re trying to get back to. This isn’t a rushed intake — it’s where we start putting the pieces together.
We look at how you move, not just where it hurts. The source of pain is often somewhere other than where you feel it. A thorough assessment helps us identify the root cause — and rule out what it isn’t.
Treatment combines hands-on soft tissue work, chiropractic adjustments, and targeted movement — built around how you’re feeling that day. Before you leave, you’ll know what we found, why it matters, and what comes next.
Patient stories.
A high school pitcher came in mid-season with a forearm strain — right in the middle of his team’s playoff run. We assessed the injury carefully, built a treatment approach around protecting it while keeping him functional, and supported him through to the end of the season.
He finished the playoffs. Then we focused on full recovery.
This is what “keeping you on the field” looks like in practice.
A runner came in eight weeks out from her marathon with a knee that wouldn’t cooperate — months of training suddenly at risk. We assessed the injury, supported it, modified where needed, and kept her moving toward the finish line.
She crossed it. Then we focused on full recovery.
Care timed for the race, not against it.

Amazing! I've had lower back pain for longer than I can remember. Just after one session I feel 100x better. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and informative and genuinely wants to help. I'm so excited he brought his business to Wimberley!
I've been seeing Dr. Clark for several months now. I went in for shoulder and back pain and have been very impressed by the results I've seen. Dr. Clark takes time with his patients and is very affordable. I appreciate his approach and feel very confident when I leave. I highly recommend Dr. Clark!
Triumph Performance Chiropractic isn’t a franchise or a large multi-practitioner clinic. It’s a practice owned and operated by someone who lives here, coaches here, and raises his family here — because this community is exactly where he wanted to make an impact.
Dr. Clark is often found coaching baseball on the WYSA fields, cheering on his two Wimberley Texan sons through every sport they play (football, baseball, soccer, track & tennis), hiking up Mt. Baldy or working out at THRC. He chose Wimberley for the same reasons you did — the trails, the river, the small-town culture, and a community that takes both athletic and academic excellence seriously.
Keeping Wimberley in motion.
We keep pricing transparent because we think you should know exactly what to expect before you walk in the door.
Includes a thorough health history, full movement and orthopedic assessment, and hands-on treatment. We take the time to understand what’s going on before we do anything else.
Each visit is hands-on and focused on where you are that day. No filler. No pressure for more visits than you need. We refer out for imaging when appropriate.
If something is keeping you from staying active and doing what you love — let’s figure out why. Care at Triumph is hands-on, personalized, and built around you. Not a preset protocol. Not a one-size-fits-all approach. Just thoughtful care focused on getting you back to your best.
